Chang Wins Stiefel Research Award

Picture of Assistant Professor Hao Chang, PhDAssistant Professor of Dermatology Hao Chang, PhD, received the 2019 Daneen & Charles Stiefel Investigative Scientist Award for Melanoma Research from the American Skin Association.

The $100,000, one-year award will support Chang’s research on the role of Frizzled receptors in melanoma development.

According to the ASA website, the Stiefel Award is meant to “identify and support emerging leaders in dermatology focused on melanoma research.” You can find more information about the award at
