Dermatology Shadowing

Shadowing in the UW Department of Dermatology can be a very valuable experience. 

The Department and UW Health have different requirements for undergraduate students, graduate students, medical students and external visitors.

The Department of Dermatology education team will notify observers of their shadowing application decisions and/or assignments within one month of receiving this form.  Observers must respond to their offer within 48 hours of notification, or the offer may be rescinded and offered to another observer.

A shadowing offer does not guarantee shadowing approval.  All observers must be subsequently approved through the UW Health Vendor Liaison Office.
