Research Interests

I am specifically interested in understanding the biology of human melanoma and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). My interest is focused on the epigenetic silencing and interplay of death receptor-ligand partners, FAS and FASL genes in two types of CTCL: mycosis fungoides (MF) and the Sezary syndrome (SS). I am also involved in studying the role of PLK4 in melanoma as well as in CTCL.
