Carl Rognstad

Biography

Carl comes to us with extensive administrative leadership experience from his time in higher education. He holds an MBA and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. For the past eight years, he has worked at a university, where he spent the last three years leading operations at a research institute. There, he developed and managed a shared services unit, overseeing multiple functional areas such as Finance, HR, IT, and Communications, supporting multiple units. Carl has successfully implemented cloud-based work management tools, enhancing operational oversight and providing valuable metrics for reporting. He also served as a key strategic advisor to the Executive Director, focusing on planning, HR matters, and organizational alignment.
