History of the Hubert & Mary Moss Lectureship
The University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Dermatology hosts the Moss Lectureships through the generous endowment of Dr. and Mrs. Hubert Moss. Dr. Moss conducted independent educational programs in Madison for over 15 years, bringing in noted clinician educators and researchers to address the local dermatology community. Dr. Moss joined the University of Wisconsin faculty in the later years of his practice and upon retirement set up a trust through the Meriter Foundation to continue this educational event. The program was named the Hubert and Mary Moss Lectureship in 2000 in recognition of their charitable gift and their vision of continued learning and scholarship. Dr. Mackenzie Asel is the director of the program.
